MyFoto.id allows you to design creative photo products by uploading content or designing content with our software.
By accepting out Terms and Conditions you confirm that you will not use or services for any illegal or fraudulent purpose. Furthermore, you confirm that you will not use our services to create any of the following content:
- Any content to which you do not hold the legal rights.
- Any unlawful content or content that could be considered pornographic, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, hateful or promoting racism.
- Any content that contains viruses, corrupted files or any other harmful codes.
MyFoto.id reserves all rights to refuse to fulfill your order if it is within breach of any of our policies and hold you responsible for any actions taken against MyFoto.id.
Your Order:
Placing an order on our website does not constitute as an acceptance of MyFoto.id of your order. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your order at any time after your order was received. We may also request additional information before your order is accepted. Your order is deemed accepted by MyFoto.id once the order has been delivered to you.
For technical reasons, MyFoto.id cannot accept any amendments or changes to the designed product after the order was submitted. Therefore, we advise you to check your order carefully before ordering.
Order Delivery:
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you. The time of delivery stated on our website and/or communicated to you via other channels is only an estimate. A delay in delivery of your order does not qualify for compensation or cancellation of the order.
Quality Guarantee:
MyFoto.id strives to deliver the highest quality products. Any complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer support within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please consult our Return Policy for any requests regarding production related issues with your order.
We are not responsible for any mistakes done by the user, such as but not limited to, spelling, blank pages, poor image quality, wrong product choice or other customization errors. As we do not review your order, you are responsible for all necessary proof and checks before placing your order.
Return Policy:
MyFoto.id strives to deliver the highest quality in our services and products! If you are dissatisfied with a recent purchase, we are happy to help you find a solution.
If you find an issue with your recently purchased product, please send us an email to hello@myfoto.id with the following details:
- Your order confirmation number
- Your name and address
- Detailed description of the defect or issue
- Photos of the defect
We must receive your written request within 30 days from receipt of your order. Any issues raised after that period cannot be considered anymore.
If your defect is the result of a production error or the product arrived with shipping damage, we will gladly provide you with a free replacement. Please note that MyFoto.id is not responsible for any user generated issues. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
