MyFoto.id strives to deliver the highest quality in our services and products! If you are dissatisfied with a recent purchase, we are happy to help you find a solution. If you find an issue with your recently purchased product, please send us an email to hello@myfoto.id with the following details:

  • Your order confirmation number

  • Your name and address

  • Detailed description of the defect or issue

  • Photos of the defect

We must receive your written request within 30 days from receipt of your order. Any issues raised after that period cannot be considered anymore.

If your defect is the result of a production error or the product arrived with shipping damage, we will gladly provide you with a free replacement. Please note that MyFoto.id is not responsible for any user generated issues. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
