MyFoto.id allows you to design creative photo products by uploading content or designing content with our software.

By accepting our Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you will not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes. Furthermore, you confirm that you will not use our services to create the following content:

• Any content to which you do not have the legal rights.
• Content that is unlawful or content that could be deemed pornographic, defamatory, obscene, offensive, threatening, hateful, or promotes racism.
• Any content that contains viruses, corrupted files, or other malicious code.

MyFoto.id reserves the right to refuse to fulfill your order if it violates any of our policies and holds you responsible for any action taken against MyFoto.id.

Placing an order on our website does not constitute MyFoto.id's acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at any time after your order is received. We may also request additional information before your order is accepted. Your order is deemed accepted by MyFoto.id once the order is shipped to you.

Due to technical reasons, MyFoto.id cannot accept any changes or modifications to the designed product after the order has been submitted. Therefore, we recommend that you check your order carefully before ordering.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you provide. Delivery times listed on our website and/or communicated to you through other channels are estimates only. Any delay in delivery of your order will not qualify for compensation or order cancellation.

MyFoto.id strives to provide the best quality products. Any complaints must be submitted in writing to our customer service within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please read our Return Policy for any requests regarding production related issues with your order.

We are not responsible for any errors made by the user, such as but not limited to, spelling, blank pages, poor image quality, incorrect product selection, or other customization errors. Since we do not review your order, you are responsible for all necessary proofs and checks before placing an order.

If you encounter any issues with a product you have recently purchased, please email us at hello@myfoto.id with the following details:

• Your order confirmation number
• Your name and address
• Detailed description of the damage or problem
• Damage photo

We must receive your written request within 30 days of receipt of your order. Any issues raised after that period will no longer be considered.

If your damage is the result of a manufacturing error or the product arrived with shipping damage, we will gladly provide you with a free replacement. Please note that MyFoto.id is not responsible for any issues caused by the user. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
