MyFoto.id strives to provide the best quality in our services and products! If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, we will be happy to help you find a solution. If you find any issues with your recently purchased product, please email us at hello@myfoto.id with the following details:
- Your order confirmation number
- Your name and address
- Detailed description of the damage or problem
- Damage photo
We must receive your written request within 30 days of receipt of your order. Any issues raised after that period will no longer be considered.
If your damage is the result of a manufacturing error or the product arrived with shipping damage, we will gladly provide a free replacement. Please note that MyFoto.id is not responsible for any issues caused by the user. Please see our terms and conditions for details.
